Hyderabad Rajiv Gandhi International Airport is at a distance of 36 km or 45 minute drive from HICC Complex (conference venue).

Airport Transfer Facility

Delegates have the option to avail the ‘Airport Transfer Facility’ from the Airport to Official Hotels. To avail the same delegates would need to contact the hotel to arrange for their transfer by providing the flight details.

Radio Taxi

Radio Taxi service at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport is provided by leading service providers Meru and Sky cabs for the convenience of our customers. This is an air conditioned cab service with charges payable on the basis of meter reading at the end of the journey. Radio taxi can't be pre-booked from Airport.

Only those taxis that have taken the license for operating Radio Taxi Service from the Government of Andhra Pradesh can operate this service in Hyderabad.

Fare: Rs 18 per km between 0500 hours to 2300 hours, Minimum Rs 20 which include the first 2 Km travelled
Waiting charges @ Rs 1 per minute.
25% night surcharge is applicable between 2300 hours to 0500 hours.

Pushpak is a luxurious express bus service from airport to important destinations in the city.

Pushpak buses are operated by Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation ("APSRTC").
