ACCOMMODATION - RECOMMENDED HOTEL INFORMATION

The participants are advised to make their accommodation arrangements early. Special rates have been arranged at the Venue Hotel - Novotel (5*), and the Aditya Sarovar (5*). The deadline for room reservation at the conference rate is August 15th, 2013. Use reservation code (Access code/IATA code) MSC 2013 to get the conference rate.

Terms & Conditions
Please refer to the hotel reservation terms listed at the respective hotel online reservation web site. The summary of terms (below) is provided for your convenience (the conference organizers take no responsibility whatsoever).

Reservations

  • In order to benefit from the special agreed rates the conference participants have to make reservations no later than August 15th, 2013.
  • On-line Hotel reservation system requires credit card information in order to guarantee payment. The hotel reservation without credit card information is not possible.
  • After the deadline (August 15th, 2013) special rates will be applicable depending on availability.
  • The special agreed rates are valid 3 days prior to and after the conference.


Cancellation policy

  • On-line reservation can be canceled without any charge by up to 30 days prior to arrival date.
  • If the reservation is cancelled between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival date, the hotel reserves the right to charge the participant's credit card for a one (1) night stay.
  • If the reservation is cancelled between 14 and 8 days prior to arrival date, the hotel reserves the right to charge the participant's credit card for two (2) night stay.
  • If the reservation is cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival date or in case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the participant's credit card for the total amount of stay.
